The information and data you provide will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

At any time, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, restriction, erasure, and portability of your personal data by contacting the email address mentioned above.
The exercise of these rights must be carried out by the user themselves. However, they may be exercised by a person authorized as the legal representative of the data subject. In this case, documentation proving such representation must be provided.
Purpose of Data Processing
The purpose of collecting and incorporating your data, with your express consent, includes:
- Sending commercial communications about products and services.
- Commercial and administrative management of clients.
- Collection and publication of reviews about products and services.
- Responding to client information requests.
- Website usability analysis to improve our services.

Data Retention
Disaggregated data will be stored indefinitely. As for client data, the retention period will vary depending on the contracted service. In any case, it will be kept for the minimum necessary period and may be stored for up to 10 years.
Users of mailing lists or those added directly by the company to web pages or social media profiles will be retained until the user withdraws their consent or until the service agreement ends.
Data from candidates who submit their CVs will be retained for up to two years for potential future job openings, unless the candidate states otherwise.
Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
We will not transfer or disclose your data to third parties, except in legally required cases or when providing a service involves the need for a contractual relationship with a data processor, and always in accordance with the general conditions previously approved by the user.
Thus, by contracting our services, the user agrees that some of them may be partially or entirely subcontracted to other individuals or companies, who will be considered Data Processors, with whom the corresponding confidentiality agreement has been signed or who have adhered to their privacy policies, established on their respective websites.
The user also agrees that some of the collected personal data may be provided to these Data Processors when necessary for the effective delivery of the contracted service. The user may object to the transfer of their data by submitting a written request through any of the previously mentioned means.
Confidentiality
The information provided by the client will, in any case, be considered confidential and may not be used for purposes other than those related to the contracted services or acquired products. Likewise, we commit not to disclose or share information regarding the client’s interests, the reasons for the requested advice, or the duration of the client’s relationship with us.
